"I am a forty-something mother of two with bad posture and a history of sciatica and back problems as well as stiff and painful joints. I have been attending Lianne Tonge's Pilates classes for 7 months now having joined as a beginner.

Lianne starts by getting to know the case history of each and every member of the class, by asking questions and observing their posture and range of movement. The class sizes are small and Lianne watches all of us to make sure we are carrying out the moves correctly and not over stretching ourselves. She gives a range of levels of difficulty of many of the exercises and advises which level is appropriate for each person. She is also attentive to our particular aches and pains at the time of each session and adapts her class exercises accordingly.

The classes are fun and varied. Each one lasts an hour. I would thoroughly recommend Lianne's classes.  My husband noticed my posture starting to improve after just a few weeks of classes. I feel I am getting stronger, walking a little taller and feeling better about myself".
